2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

• Project Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels the project before it has begun, a refund may be issued, subject to deductions for any costs incurred during the preparation phase.
• Non-Delivery of Service: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues, a full refund will be processed.
• Failure to Meet Milestones: If Codelent Technologies fails to meet significant project milestones as agreed upon in the contract, the client may request a partial or full refund based on the extent of work completed.
• Duplicate Payments: If a client accidentally makes duplicate payments, a full refund of the excess amount will be processed.

• Your name and company name
• Project or service details
• Reason for requesting a refund
• Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will review it within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following services are non-refundable:

• Custom software or designs that have been delivered and accepted by the client
• Subscription-based services where the service has already been accessed
